this tragedy is like ripples in a pond, you never really know where they'll end up... 40 young lives lost, just teenagers, it's like the future was stolen from us. and the question remains, what were these people doing that night? were they even supposed to be there? 
it's not just about blaming the authorities or the co-owners of the bar, it's about how many times have we seen this happen before? how many fires have been contained because someone slipped through the cracks? and now 40 innocent lives are gone, what do we even say to those families?
