Illinois Governor JB Pritzker has issued a stern warning to Stephen Miller, the president's deputy chief of staff for policy and homeland security adviser, stating that he will be held accountable for his actions.

Pritzker's comments were made during an interview with MSNBC host Jen Psaki, in which he emphasized that while former President Donald Trump may have broad immunity from prosecution, those serving under him do not share the same protection. "They're not always going to be in office," Pritzker said, indicating that members of his administration can and will be held accountable.

Pritzker singled out Miller as a key figure behind the scenes driving immigration policy, stating that he is advising high-ranking officials at the Department of Homeland Security, including Governor Kristi Noem, and serving as the primary spokesperson for the White House's border initiatives. The governor also warned that even if accountability may not be immediate, Miller should know that his actions will be documented and remembered by future administrations.

Pritzker described Miller as a "dangerous individual" who is able to wield significant power due to Trump's diminished capacity to rein him in. He noted that while the Supreme Court has provided Trump with immunity from prosecution, this protection does not extend to members of his administration.

In essence, Pritzker's comments signal that he will not let Miller and other administration officials escape accountability for their actions. As a Democrat who has long criticized Trump's immigration policies, Pritzker is taking a stance to ensure that those responsible for chaos on the streets of Chicago, Illinois are held accountable for their roles in the endeavor.

omg u no like how Pritzker is calling out Miller? like, I get it, Miller is all about immigrashun policy & stuff, but shouldn't he be worried more about his own future than trying to screw over the rest of us? 🤦‍♂️ and btw, ppl need 2 stop thinkin Trump's above the law jus cuz he's got that immunity thingy... newsflash: just cuz he's not in office doesnt mean he didnt do shadzy stuff 🙅‍♂️ Pritzker is like, the hero for speakin truth & holding ppl accountable for their actions 💯

🤔 so like, if you think trump got immunity from prosecution just because he was president, but his ppl under him dont get that protection... i guess thats kinda fair? like, you cant just do whatever and get away with it just cuz you're a member of trump's team 🤑

I'm thinking about this whole thing and I gotta say, it's a bit unsettling to see someone as powerful as Miller getting away with things. 🤔 I mean, if Trump's got some sort of immunity from prosecution, why can't his staff members? It just feels like there's this huge power vacuum, you know?

I'm not surprised that Pritzker is speaking out, though. As a governor, he has to deal with the effects of Miller's policies firsthand. And let's be real, it's not like these guys are taking any risks by doing what they're doing. There's always going to be someone holding them accountable in the end.

I do wonder if this is all part of some larger game plan, though. Is Pritzker just trying to save his own skin by being a hero for taking on Miller? 🤷‍♂️ Or is he genuinely trying to make a difference?

Anyway, one thing's for sure: it's about time someone started holding these people accountable. We can't keep letting powerful folks get away with doing whatever they want and expecting everyone else to just deal with the fallout. ⚡

I'm actually kinda surprised by this, i mean JB Pritzker can't just sit back and chill while Miller gets away with whatever 🤔. It's about time someone holds him accountable for his actions. I get that Trump's got some immunity going on, but come on, he's not above the law either. Miller's been a thorn in the side of Chicagoans and other communities, pushing these anti-immigrant policies left and right... it's about time we see some real consequences 💸.

OMG u won't believe what just happened 🤯! So like JB Pritzker is all "I gotchu" and saying Stephen Miller needs to watch his back 👀. I mean I'm down with that, Miller's been causing some drama behind the scenes and it's time someone held him accountable 💪. As a fan of Jen Psaki, I love how she's not afraid to call out people in power like Pritzker is doing 🙌. And let's be real, Miller's actions are straight up sketchy 🤔. I'm all for accountability, especially when it comes to immigration policies that affect ppl's lives directly 🚫. It's time someone stood up to him and Pritzker's not having it 😒.

🚨😬 I'm low-key impressed with Gov JB Pritzker right now 🙌. Like, he's not afraid to go after the bigwigs behind the scenes 😈. Miller thinks he can just manipulate policies without facing consequences? Nope! 💯 Pritzker is all about keeping it real and holding people accountable for their actions 👮‍♂️.

I'm curious to see how this plays out, though 🤔. Will Miller really be held accountable for his roles in the chaos? Only time will tell ⏰. One thing's for sure, though - Gov Pritzker is not afraid to speak truth to power 💪. And I love that he's putting on a good ol' fashioned dose of reality check 📉!

🤔 So I think its pretty clear that Governor Pritzkers trying to set a precedent here by saying that just because Trump's got some kinda immunity protection from prosecution, doesnt mean his team is off the hook. Its like if you're the captain of a sinking ship and you're not personally going down with it, but all your crew members are still responsible for helping you steer it into the sea 🌊. Miller's basically being given a free pass because he's working behind the scenes and Trump's too weak to say no to him 🙅‍♂️. But Pritzker's saying we need to hold people accountable, even if they're not in office right now. Its about setting some boundaries and making sure no one person becomes too powerful 😬.

🚨 Miller better watch his back! I'm low-key impressed with Gov Pritzker stepping up and calling out Miller's BS 🙄. As someone who lives in IL, it's crazy to see all the chaos that Trump's policies have brought to our streets 😩. And now, Miller thinks he can just slink away after leaving office? No way, Pritzker's got him on notice 📝. It's about time someone held these administration officials accountable for their actions 💯. Kudos to Pritzker for taking a stand and showing that Democrats won't be silenced 🙌

🚨 I'm low-key relieved to see some actual accountability coming from the top 🙌. As someone who's kept track of Stephen Miller's antics behind the scenes, it's been frustrating to watch him get away with pushing super divisive policies without any real pushback. But Pritzker's warning that he'll be held accountable for his actions is a game-changer - it means that if there are consequences for Trump's policies, Miller might just face some too 🤷‍♂️.

I also appreciate how Pritzker emphasized that members of Trump's administration don't get automatic immunity just because they're serving under him. It's like, yeah, Trump might have some protections in place, but if someone is willfully causing harm or perpetuating systemic issues, they should still be held accountable 🙅‍♂️.

It's interesting to see Pritzker taking a stand on this, especially given that he's got his own history with Trump's immigration policies in Illinois. But at the end of the day, it's about making sure that those who are pushing for chaos and division have to face the consequences 🚔

omg this is so needed 🙌 i mean think about it, we've all seen what happens when these ppl get away with stuff, the system is literally supposed to catch them and make 'em answer for it but it's not always like that... pritzker is like a breath of fresh air in my opinion 💨

So Stephen Miller thinks he's above the law just because he's hiding behind Trump's ego 🙄... like, no kidding, dude, you're not some kinda super hero with a get out of jail free card 💼. Pritzker's right, though, that everyone in his administration should be held accountable for their actions, especially since Miller is basically pulling the strings from behind the scenes 🔄. It's about time someone called him out on it, tbh 👊... and I love how he's threatening to document everything so future administrations can keep an eye on them 📝. That guy needs to watch his back, stat 🔒.

I gotta say, I'm loving this from Governor Pritzker 🙌. He's not backing down from calling out Stephen Miller for all the drama he's causing behind the scenes. It's about time someone held him accountable for his actions, especially when it comes to immigration policy. The guy is like a puppet master pulling strings without any regard for the people he's supposed to be serving.

I mean, come on, Miller thinks he can just waltz in and start advising high-ranking officials at DHS? Give me a break 😂. It's not like Trump has any checks and balances anymore with this administration. Pritzker is right, though - someone needs to hold these guys accountable for the chaos they're causing, especially when it affects people like us on the ground.

It's also interesting that Pritzker brought up the fact that Miller's actions will be documented and remembered by future administrations 📚. That's a pretty powerful message, if you ask me. He's saying that just because someone is in power now doesn't mean they can get away with things forever. Good for him! 👏

I'm reading this news about JB Pritzker warning Stephen Miller and I gotta say, it sounds like Pritzker's trying to send a message that no one is above the law, especially when it comes to crimes committed by those in power 🚨. As a fact-checker, I'm intrigued by the claim that Trump has broad immunity from prosecution because of his former position, but isn't that just circumventing the rule of law? It's also interesting to see Pritzker tying Miller to high-ranking officials like Kristi Noem - is he really saying that she's got her hands dirty too? I need to fact-check this claim ASAP! 📝

🚨 OMG you guys Stephen Miller thinks he's above the law just because he's part of Trump's admin 🙄 #NotBuyingIt! As an IL resident I'm all about holding our politicians accountable for their actions 💪 especially when it comes to policies that directly affect us like immigration. Pritzker is right on point saying they're not immune from prosecution just because they're in the White House 🔒 Those who drive policy need to answer to the people #AccountabilityMatters #JusticeForIL

🤔 I'm thinking... 📝

So, Pritzker is saying that just because Trump is outta office doesn't mean his minions are free to roam wild and cause chaos... 😒
Like, think about it... if you're part of the crew, you gotta answer for your own stuff 🤦‍♂️
Miller's like a special kind of problem solver... or so he thinks 😏
But Pritzker's all "hold up, buddy, you can't just do whatever you want and then disappear into thin air" 👮‍♀️

I think what Pritzker is really saying is that even if Trump doesn't have immunity, his people don't either... 🚫
It's like, you're part of the team, so you gotta play by the rules 📜

🤔 So I was thinking, it's pretty bold for JB Pritzker to go after Stephen Miller like that, especially considering all the drama that's been going down with Trump. It's clear that Pritzker is trying to send a message that no one is above the law, not even those serving under him 🚫. I'm kinda curious to see how this plays out - will it lead to some kind of fallout for Miller and the rest of the White House crew? And what about the whole immunity thing from Trump? Is Pritzker trying to stir up a controversy that might just push it back onto Trump's plate?

I think what really gets me is that Pritzker's been vocal about these issues for ages, so he's not exactly new to this fight 🗣️. The question is, will other governors and officials follow his lead? Will they start holding their own accountable too? It'll be interesting to see how this whole thing unfolds 👀

I'm kinda skeptical about this whole thing 🤔. So Illinois Governor JB Pritzker is saying that Stephen Miller might be off the hook because Trump has immunity from prosecution? But what's to stop him and his crew from getting called out later down the line? I mean, politicians are always trying to cover their tracks, but if they're not willing to take responsibility for their actions... 🤷‍♂️ it seems like a slippery slope. And what about all these 'documentation' warnings? Isn't that just a fancy way of saying "we'll be watching you"? 🕵️‍♂️ Give me something concrete, Pritzker! 💯

the thing with stephen miller and pritzker is kinda low-key crazy 🤯... i mean, if we're gonna talk about accountability, shouldn't it be a two-way street? like, pritzker's all up in arms about miller, but what about the rest of the trump crew who are still running around free? seem kinda uneven to me 🙃. don't get me wrong, i think pritzker's right that admin officials gotta answer for their actions, but shouldn't we be focusing on getting some real accountability from people like trump himself? seems like a bit of a dodge to me 💡
