Laura Fernández: Conservative candidate wins Costa Rica presidential election

omg can't believe fernandez won so hands down 🤯, like seriously 48% is crazy! i'm not sure about this tough on crime vibe tho, felt like chaves was already too extreme with his policies 🙅‍♀️, hope fernandez brings a more balanced approach. declaring a state of emergency over immigration sounds kinda drastic 🚨, fingers crossed she knows what she's doing though. also glad to see a woman in the president's seat, that's awesome 😊. cant wait to see how she handles the rising crime rates and organized gang activity - hopefully she listens to experts instead of just relying on her party's ideology 🤓

omg did u know that crime rates in costa rica have been on the rise since 2015? 🤯 it's crazy! they've had a violent crime rate of over 30 per 100k people, which is like triple what usa has 💥 fernandez' tough-on-crime approach might be needed but u also gotta consider dialogue and national harmony 🕊️

anyway back to stats... did u know that costa rica has one of the lowest corruption indexes in latin america? 🌎 they're all about good governance 🤝

and btw fernández winning w/ 48% of the votes means she's got a pretty strong mandate 😅 now let's see how she implements her policies and addresses those crime rates 🚔
