What's going on with these people?! 
I mean, 40 people dead and they're still trying to spin this? The lack of common sense is just mind-boggling - not doing safety checks for FIVE YEARS? It's like they were playing a game of Russian roulette! 
And the owners' lawyers are basically saying "we didn't know" when, in fact, it's pretty hard to claim ignorance when you're running a bar that's literally on fire. 
The only thing more shocking is that someone actually left with cash from the register while people were still burning - what kind of monster does that?!

. Can't we all just take a step back, be honest with ourselves about our own flaws and shortcomings, and try to make sense of why this had to happen?

. I don't believe them, there's gotta be more to this story... they're not as innocent as they're making themselves out to be

. It's just so unfair that some people have to suffer like that. And yeah, I can see why there would be a travel ban - this is a major breach of trust and responsibility. They need to take responsibility for their actions before they're even released
