Lindsey Halligan takes another early loss in Comey case

🤔 I think the judge's rejection of the expedited ruling on the filter protocol is a telling sign that the government's approach to this investigation is lacking in transparency and accountability 🙅‍♂️. The fact that they waited until October 13th to seek guidance, despite having the materials at issue for years, is a red flag 🚨. It raises serious questions about whether Halligan's team is following best practices or simply trying to rush the process 💼. Comey's claims of selective and vindictive prosecution seem increasingly plausible 👀. For the DOJ to overcome this setback, they'll need to demonstrate more transparency and a commitment to fairness 📝.

OMG, I'm like totally baffled by this whole thing 🤯! So the DOJ is trying to investigate James Comey, but they're being kinda slow and sloppy about it, right? Like, they had the materials for years but only reached out for guidance last year... that's just weird. The judge is like "uh-uh" and saying they should be more careful with their approach 🙅‍♂️. And now the prosecution team is gonna have to respond to all these claims that the investigation is selective and vindictive... this could get interesting 😬. I mean, Comey's already talking trash about the DOJ's strategy, but if the prosecutors can't even figure out how to process evidence efficiently, it's hard to see them building a strong case 💪.

🤔 I'm thinking what's up with all this Comey drama? Like, can't we just focus on the actual crime or whatever without all the politics and stuff? 🙄 The fact that they're fighting over a filter protocol is just, like, soooo basic. Can't they see that this whole thing is just a huge waste of time and resources? 💸

I'm so worried about James Comey's situation 🤕... I mean, can't you just imagine if your kid was in his shoes and got entangled up in a huge controversy? It's like, one mistake and suddenly they're being scrutinized by the whole country 🌎. And now it seems like the DOJ is taking their sweet time processing this evidence and seeking guidance on procedures... that's just not fair ⏰. I'm sure Comey's team is working hard to defend him, but it's tough when you feel like the other side is trying to trip them up at every turn 🤦‍♀️.

idk what's going on with this investigation lol. seems like the DOJ is trying too hard to build a case and they're just making it harder for themselves 😂. I mean, come on, 3 years of having those materials and still not seeking guidance? that's some red flag stuff right there 🚨. and now the judge is basically saying they're the ones causing delay 🕰️. guess we'll have to wait and see how this all plays out 👀
