I feel kinda bad for Marco Rubio, he really believed in that whole Western democracy thing
, but it looks like his ideology didn't exactly play out as planned
. I mean, who knew working with Maduro's people would be so tricky?
It's like he thought they'd all just magically become BFFs overnight
. And don't even get me started on the oil thing, Trump really isn't that into regime change, is he?
I think Rubio needs to rethink his strategy and maybe try to connect with some of those Chavista people on a human level
. It's not gonna be easy, but I guess you could say it's time for him to get real about the complexities of international politics
