"It's a very intense and terrifying feeling," Coombes told CNN. "You're in a situation where you don't know what's going to happen next."
The National Weather Service reported that one person lost their life in North Little Rock as a result of the tornado, while four others died in Wynne. The full extent of the damage is still being assessed.
