Nevada judge frees convicted MS-13 killer despite government warnings about public safety

🤔 come on man, a convicted killer walks free because some judge decided he was no longer affiliated with MS-13? that's not how it works 🚫. The gov warned about public safety concerns but who cares right? It's all just politics as usual. And what's with the whole "fears of torture or violence" thing? Sounds like an excuse to me 😒. Let's get real, this guy is still a danger to society and now he's out on the streets. Mark my words, someone's gonna get hurt 🚨.

🤔 I think it's wild that this guy got released from prison and now he's free again, despite being part of MS-13 🚫👊. It just goes to show how complicated things can get in the US when it comes to dealing with immigrants who have a history of violence. The government is right to be concerned about public safety 🚨, but at the same time, we gotta figure out how to handle these cases without sending people back into a situation that might put them or others in harm's way 😕. I think they need to come up with some better solutions than just throwing someone in the community and hoping for the best 🤷‍♂️.

the whole thing just seems so messed up 🤯 I mean, on one hand you've got this guy who's been convicted of murder and is part of a super violent gang, and you're releasing him into the community without any guarantees that he won't harm anyone else... but at the same time, the gov't is all worried about deporting him back to his home country because they think he'll get tortured or killed if he goes back 🤷‍♂️ it's just a huge headache for law enforcement and policymakers to deal with... I guess what I'm saying is that we need to find a way to address public safety concerns without throwing people like Laureano-Rosales into the void 💔

🤔 I'm just thinking, what's the point of locking someone up if they're not gonna hurt anyone? 😕 I get that MS-13 is a bad gang, but can't we find ways to keep them from hurting people without throwing away their lives too? 🤷‍♂️ And what about those who are already in the system, how do we help 'em turn their lives around? 💡
