New video of Minneapolis ICE shooting surfaces

New Footage of Minneapolis ICE Shooting Exposes Brutal Moment Before Renee Nicole Good's Death

A shocking video has surfaced, providing a glimpse into the fateful moments leading up to the fatal shooting of 21-year-old Renee Nicole Good by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The footage, which has garnered widespread attention, shows Good speaking just seconds before the officer opened fire on her.

The video, which has not been released by law enforcement or the ICE agency, appears to be a bystander's recording and was obtained by Al Jazeera. It reveals the tense and chaotic nature of the encounter between Good and the officer, leaving many questions unanswered about what transpired in those final moments.

According to reports, Renee Nicole Good was shot dead on December 20, 2021, while walking home from a friend's house. The ICE agent had reportedly approached her and asked for her identification, but the conversation quickly turned violent when the officer drew their firearm.

The footage raises serious concerns about police accountability and the use of deadly force by law enforcement agencies. Many are left wondering why the video was not released sooner, and what additional information it might shed on the events surrounding Good's death.

As the investigation into Renee Nicole Good's killing continues, this new footage serves as a poignant reminder of the devastating consequences of unchecked police power and the need for greater transparency and accountability in law enforcement agencies.

OMG, can't believe this is still happening ๐Ÿคฏ... just watched that video and it's so brutal ๐Ÿ˜จ... can't even process how much harm & suffering ICE agents are causing ๐Ÿ’”... why did they keep this footage under wraps?! ๐Ÿ˜’... now we get to see the "tense" moments leading up to Renee's death... tense doesn't even begin to describe it ๐Ÿ˜ฑ... these law enforcement agencies need major overhaul ๐Ÿšซ๐Ÿ’ฅ, can't just let them run amok without checks & balances ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ... so many questions left unanswered ๐Ÿค”... still trying to process all this trauma & pain ๐Ÿ’”... hope they get some answers soon ๐Ÿคž

omg u guys i cant even rn this is so messed up i mean i know cops are supposed to be trained to handle situations like this but this is just ridiculous - 21 yrs old girl shot dead by some dude with a badge & gun over a stupid id card what was he thinking?? it's like they're trying to play it cool but really they're just scared of people who dont look like them or dont fit in their precious system... the fact that this vid never got out sooner is wild - i mean we all know whats been hiding behind those closed doors & now its finally coming to light its like our voices are being heard for once but at what cost?? Renee's family & friends should get justice ASAP & we need stricter laws in place so this doesnt happen again

๐Ÿค• This is just heartbreaking, you know? That poor girl was just trying to walk home from her friend's house and ends up getting shot by an ICE agent. I mean, what's going through that person's head? ๐Ÿ™„ The fact that this footage has only now surfaced raises so many questions about what led up to that moment. Was the officer truly justified in drawing their firearm? Did they have the right training or protocol in place? ๐Ÿค” It's just disturbing to think about how quickly a situation can escalate from tense to tragic. We need more transparency and accountability in these situations, especially when it comes to law enforcement agencies. ๐Ÿ’ฏ

I'm still trying to process what happened with that ICE shooting ๐Ÿ˜ฑ. I mean, can you imagine being stopped by an officer just because they asked for your ID and it escalates into a life or death situation? It's just so...senseless. And now this new footage is out, showing Renee talking right before the officer opens fire ๐Ÿ’”. It's like, what were they even thinking?! The fact that they didn't release this video sooner is just mind-boggling. I mean, transparency and accountability are key in situations like this ๐Ÿค. We need to know what happened so we can make sure it never happens again. And honestly, it's a reminder of how easily someone can lose their life just because of a system that's supposed to protect us ๐Ÿ˜•.

OMG u guys! ๐Ÿ˜ฑ I'm still trying to process what happened to that girl Renee Nicole Good ๐Ÿ˜”. I mean I know we learn about the importance of accountability in class, but seeing it play out in real life is a whole different story ๐Ÿคฏ. Like, how can we expect law enforcement to be trustworthy if they're not transparent about these kinds of incidents? ๐Ÿค” It's like, what's the point of having protocols in place if nobody knows about them?! ๐Ÿ“ I'm also kinda confused why this footage was released now... was it hidden or something? ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ Anyway, I just think we need to talk more about this stuff in school... like, in our history class or something ๐Ÿ˜…. It's a great way to learn about the importance of holding people in power accountable, you know?! ๐Ÿ’ก

omg ๐Ÿคฏ just saw that video of the Minneapolis ICE shooting ๐Ÿš”๐Ÿ‘ฎ... it's so brutal ๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ˜ฑ Renee Nicole Good was just 21, like what happened to her life? ๐Ÿค• this is why we need more police reform ๐Ÿ”’ and accountability for these law enforcement agencies ๐Ÿ’ผ they gotta be held responsible for their actions ๐Ÿ‘Š and I'm all about that transparency โ˜€๏ธ can't have a system where we don't know what's going on behind the scenes ๐Ÿคซ it's like, how many more Renee Nicole Goods do we need to see before change happens? ๐ŸŒŸ

can we get over how shocking it is that there are still ppl who support this kind of system? like, what's really sad here is that Renee Nicole Good's life got cut short bc of a mistake, but instead of ppl being outraged, they're just discussing how "violent" the footage is ๐Ÿคฏ. newsflash: violence against ppl from marginalized communities isn't new, and we should be talking about systemic change, not just reacting to the latest vids ๐Ÿ‘Ž

Ugh, can't believe all these surveillance cameras are everywhere now ๐Ÿคฏ. I mean, good or bad, it's just getting too much info out there. This footage is definitely disturbing tho... you can see the officer's hand on their gun, and Renee Nicole Good is just standing there, frozen ๐Ÿ˜ฑ. It's like what's gonna happen next? And why wasn't this video released sooner?! They should at least have told us what happened by now... ๐Ÿค”. Law enforcement agencies need to be more transparent, but I'm not holding my breath ๐Ÿ™„. This just shows how we're living in a world where anything can go down and our only hope is the footage that some bystander managed to capture from their phone ๐Ÿ“ฑ.

What's up with all these videos coming out now? ๐Ÿค” It feels like they're always looking for something to go viral before they even have time to process what actually happened. This one's got me thinking, though - what would've happened if the video was released right away instead of later when emotions cooled down a bit? Would we be having a different conversation about police accountability now? It's like they're trying to control the narrative... ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ But let's be real, the real question is: who benefited from keeping this on the down low? The ICE agency or someone else entirely? We need more transparency here, period! ๐Ÿ’ฏ

this is really disturbing footage, can't believe it took this long to come out ๐Ÿคฏ. my main concern is how did we not know about this sooner? what else was withheld from us? also, the fact that the ICE agent had their firearm drawn from the start of the conversation raises so many questions... was there a reason for them to do that? were they already in a volatile state? and what exactly happened between Renee and the officer leading up to the shooting? ๐Ÿค”
