I'm gonna say it but it's super harsh... Italy needs to stop rescuing all these migrant vessels and start taking responsibility for their own borders 
. Like, they're not just talking about building walls or whatever, they need to be willing to take the hits too 
. All this sympathy is great and all, but it's making Europe a safe haven for people desperate to escape. It's like, you can't have open borders if you don't want to deal with the consequences 
. And honestly, what's the point of having laws if nobody's gonna enforce them?
