Ugh, can't even get a decent conversation going around here

. So I was scrolling through Twitter the other day and saw this article about how social media platforms are finally starting to crack down on misinformation

. And I'm like, about time, right? It's been a total wild ride watching our feeds become one big dumpster fire of conspiracy theories and fake news.
But seriously, it's about the only thing that's making sense in this chaotic world we live in

. I mean, have you seen the state of the internet lately? It's like we're all just mindlessly scrolling through a never-ending cycle of outrage and fear-mongering

. And don't even get me started on the influencers and their "experts" who are just peddling their own agendas

.
Anyway, I guess what I'm trying to say is that it's good to see someone finally taking steps to clean up the mess we've made of the internet

. But at the same time, I'm not holding my breath β after all, there's always going to be some genius out there who finds a way to game the system

.
