she's literally gorgeous and deserved that win so badly! i've been following her journey online and i was on the edge of my seat watching the final show 
those Afghan Hounds and Old English Sheepdogs are always so pretty but penny's energy is just infectious 
i love how the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show celebrates all kinds of breeds and dogs - it's not just about looks, it's about personality too
