Ugh , this shutdown is so messed up! Like, can't they just get along? I'm all about those Democrats standing firm on healthcare, tbh . They're not gonna let Republicans just push their agenda through without a fight, and honestly, who can blame 'em? I mean, have you seen the state of some of these communities of color? It's like, they need that extra support, you know?

But at the same time, I get why some people would say Democrats are being too aggressive. Like, what if they just sat down with Republicans and had a chill convo about it? You never know what might've been hashed out. It's all so frustrating, man...

Ugh, this government shutdown thingy is just so 2019... I mean, I remember when Barack was president and we had a shutdown too. But at least he was able to get stuff done in the end.

I think Democrats were totally justified in rejecting that Republican spending bill. I mean, those healthcare provisions are crucial for so many people. But at the same time, maybe they could've found some middle ground? Like, what if they'd thrown in some compromise on Medicaid expansion and funding for community health clinics? We might not be here right now having this whole shutdown drama
