It's like something out of a sci-fi movie. And Elon Musk's involved? That's wild. I guess it's kinda cool that Russia and the US are trying to cooperate again, especially after all the drama with Ukraine. But $8 billion is still a lot of cash

but at the same time there are still tons of questions about how it's gonna work out and what the implications will be like what if someone gets lost in the tunnel or something?
