man... thinking about ukraine right now feels like my heart is pounding in my chest 
it's been going on for so long and i feel like we're all just waiting for something to change. i mean dont get me wrong, our army is doing an amazing job over there, but its still so scary for those soldiers and civilians who are caught in the middle of this conflict. and the russians... they just seem to keep coming back with more and more firepower 
it's like they want to wear ukraine down completely. anyway... i guess what i'm trying to say is that we should all be hoping for a peaceful resolution as soon as possible... but until then, our thoughts are with the people of ukraine
