The decision to have Sabrina Carpenter as host of SNL is a bold move that pays off with a delightfully silly episode! I love how the show tackled topics like relationships, politics, and even racism without shying away from controversy - it's refreshing to see a long-running series stay relevant. The sketches were spot on, especially the one with Alec Baldwin and Bowen Yang about Trump's pardoning of George Santos - it was like they were reading from the headlines! Additionally, the social experiment sketch inspired by Eddie Murphy's White Like Me was thought-provoking and timely, highlighting the importance of tackling tough issues. It's clear that SNL is still committed to its tradition of biting satire and winking humor, which keeps young audiences engaged and entertained.
OMG u no what i just think?! snl is back & better than ever! sabrina carpenter killed it as host!!! i mean who knew she was so funny? her stand up routine was on point & those sketches were like LOL machine ben marshall's couple sketch had me dying also bowen yang & alec baldwin's weekend update piece was FIRE martin herlihy's social experiment sketch was super deep tho and omg who else is loving the washers & dryers music joke?! i'm so glad snl is trying out new cast members too, it keeps the show fresh
OMG I'm so hyped about Sabrina Carpenter's SNL debut! It's like, super refreshing to see her bring the laughs without getting too preachy or serious The way she pokes fun at herself and her own music is EVERYTHING And that motivational dancer sketch? it was like I needed a nap after laughing so hard! But what's really cool is how the show's still trying to stay current with younger cast members like Tommy Brennan, who brings this adorable midwestern charm The absurdity of those washer and dryer sketches had me DYING and that White Like Me commentary at the end? totally timely and thought-provoking. Anyway, can't wait to see what they do next!
