I'm literally shuddering thinking about what this young guy is going through
The fact that he's had to deal with such harsh conditions and constant danger for so long is just heartbreaking
It's mind-boggling to think about how one person can be expected to handle such a heavy burden, especially when you're only 20 years old
And the worst part is, he's not even alone in this - there are countless others out there who are going through similar struggles, and they all need our support
We have to acknowledge that war isn't just about winning or losing, it's about the human cost, and we can't afford to ignore it
The mental health support systems need to be upgraded ASAP, because right now, these guys are being thrown out of a plane without a parachute
It's time for us to take action and make sure they get the help they desperately need
and it's so sad that he's having to deal with trauma on top of all else 
i feel like we need to talk more about the mental health side of war, you know? it's not just the physical injuries but the emotional scars too
