I'm so sorry to hear that Akula is struggling like this after going through such an intense experience on the front lines 

. It's crazy to think about being in the midst of all that chaos and not even having access to basic necessities like food for days... I mean, can you even imagine? The mental health toll of war is so real, it's like, you think you're prepared but you're really not

It's amazing that he's speaking out about his struggles because, honestly, PTSD and all that can be a total mystery to some people. People think just 'get over it' or 'move on', but it's not that easy 

. You gotta deal with the emotions, the flashbacks, the loneliness... it's like, your whole world has been turned upside down.
It's heartwarming to see the Ukrainian people coming together and supporting each other during this time 

. I hope Akula gets the help he needs and can start healing soon
