omg i'm so down for this ๐Ÿคฉ๐Ÿณ like who doesn't wanna cook healthy food without worrying about all the yucky chemicals they're exposing themselves to? ๐Ÿคข๐Ÿ’‰ PFAS and mercury are literally the worst, and it's amazing that Consumer Reports is stepping in to help us out. ๐Ÿ™Œ

i'm really excited to try out this detox plan and see what kind of changes i can make to my kitchen habits. like, have you ever thought about how much cleaning products and pesticides we're using every day without even realizing it? ๐Ÿคฏ๐Ÿšฎ it's time for a change, fam! ๐ŸŒŽ

the more i think about it, the more motivated i get to spread the word and help others make the switch too ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ‘ซ can't wait to dive in and share my own discoveries and tips with everyone on the Detox Your Kitchen newsletter ๐Ÿ“š๐Ÿ’ก

omg did u know that bees are responsible for pollinating like 1/3 of all the food we eat? i was reading about it last week ๐Ÿ๐Ÿƒ anyway back to this detox plan... sounds cool, but have u ever noticed how many chemicals are in those 'natural' cleaning products they sell at the supermarket? like, what's the difference between 'eco-friendly' and just plain toxic ๐Ÿค”

I'm so down for this detox plan ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿณ. I mean think about it, we're always exposed to these toxins through our food, cleaning products, and even the air we breathe... it's crazy how much of an impact it can have on our health ๐Ÿคฏ. And it's not just about us, but also our kids and pets who are just as vulnerable ๐Ÿถ๐Ÿ’•. I've been trying to reduce my own chemical intake by switching to natural cleaning products and cooking with more organic ingredients... it's a small step, but it makes me feel better knowing I'm taking care of myself and my family ๐Ÿ˜Š.

I'm low-key obsessed with this detox plan! I mean, who doesn't want to cook up some healthy habits and kick those nasty chemicals to the curb? ๐Ÿšฎ It's like, totally Mindy Lahiri from The Mindy Project would be so proud of you if you signed up for this course โ€“ all that self-care and wellness vibes. And can we talk about how cool it is that Consumer Reports is involved? They're like the superheroes of consumer protection! ๐Ÿ’ช I'm down to learn more about those easy swaps and get my kitchen detoxified ASAP. Bring on the healthy habits and a 7-week journey to a cleaner, greener kitchen ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’š

๐Ÿค” You know what's crazy? We're always hearing about how our food is being poisoned by all sorts of chemicals and toxins... but have you ever stopped to think about who's really behind this stuff? Like, are the big corporations just trying to make us healthier or do they have an ulterior motive? ๐Ÿค‘ I mean, think about it, if PFAS and mercury are so bad for us, why aren't these companies just investing in cleaner production methods instead of passing on the costs to us? It's like they're playing a game of "who can poison people cheaper". ๐Ÿ˜’ Anyway, back to this detox plan... I'm all for it, but let's not forget that this is just another way for the government to step in and tell us what we should be eating. What if some people don't want to give up their convenience foods or processed snacks? Are they gonna be forced into a vegan diet or something? ๐Ÿด It's like, can't we just have some common sense here instead of being told what to eat?

I'm so down for this detox plan ๐Ÿ™Œ! I've been meaning to switch up my cleaning routine anyway, but the thought of getting rid of all that toxic stuff from my kitchen is just... ugh ๐Ÿ’€! I've heard of PFAS being super bad news for our health, and it's crazy that we're still using so many chemicals in our daily lives. But if a 7-week course can teach me how to make these simple changes, then sign me up ๐Ÿ“š! And the fact that Consumer Reports is behind this is a major plus - they're always doing such great work for us consumers. I'm excited to start learning more about mindful cooking and household management... it's time to get healthier and happier ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’–

๐Ÿคฏ I'm so down for this detox plan! Think like the movie "Erin Brockovich" where she exposed the evil water pollution in her town... same energy here! Reducing our kitchen's chemical load is a no-brainer, especially with PFAS and mercury lurking around every corner. It's all about being mindful of what we put into our bodies & homes ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ’š I'm curious to learn more about these easy-to-implement strategies - who knew cleaning practices could be so impactful on our health? ๐Ÿ‘ Let's get cooking (and detoxing!) with the experts!

๐Ÿ™ you know what's crazy? we spend most of our time in the kitchen, but like, how much thought do we really put into what's going on around us? I mean, these chemicals are everywhere, even in the food we eat. And it makes me think, have we been conditioned to accept this as normal life? ๐Ÿค”

I think this detox plan is a great reminder that our health is literally in our hands. We have the power to make changes, one small step at a time. It's not about being perfect or having all the answers; it's about taking control and making informed decisions.

It got me thinking, what other areas of our lives can we simplify and take back control? Is it our work-life balance? Our relationships? Our own mental wellbeing? ๐Ÿคฏ

I'm so excited about this new online course that's all about cutting back on chemicals in the kitchen ๐Ÿคฉ! I think it's awesome that they're teaming up with Consumer Reports to provide practical steps for minimizing chemical intake. It's really easy to get caught up in convenience foods and processed stuff, but this course shows us that even small changes can make a big difference.

I love that it's not just about avoiding chemicals altogether, but also about developing healthier habits and being more mindful of our cooking methods and storage practices. It's all about taking control of our environment and making informed choices. And the fact that they're providing exclusive content from Consumer Reports' experts is a major plus! ๐Ÿ’ก

I don't know about this Detox Your Kitchen course... I mean, it sounds like a good intention, but how much effort is actually required? I've signed up for online courses before that promised to "detox" my life in a week or something and ended up being just a bunch of generic advice on meditation and hydration ๐Ÿค”. This one seems more practical, I guess. But what's the point of dedicating 7 weeks to learning about cooking methods and food storage? Can't you just Google that stuff on your own? And how much are they charging for this course? $100 is a bit steep for me...

I think this 7-week detox plan is totally awesome ๐Ÿคฉ! Who doesn't want to know how to create a safer kitchen without sacrificing flavor or convenience? It's so cool that Consumer Reports is behind it, they're like the ultimate authorities on consumer stuff. I'm all for learning about simple changes we can make to reduce exposure to toxic chemicals in our daily lives. And think of all the delicious meals you can still enjoy while being healthier ๐Ÿด๐Ÿฅ— I've definitely been trying to cut back on plastics and cleaning products, this is a great resource to have. Can't wait to dive into it! ๐Ÿ’ก

omg i'm so stoked about this new detox plan!! as a huge fan of consumer reports, i've been following their work for ages ๐Ÿ™Œ they're literally the best and i trust them completely ๐Ÿ’ฏ cutting back on chemicals is like, soooo important we need to take care of our health and the planet at the same time ๐ŸŒŽ and this 7-week course sounds like exactly what we need - easy peasy tips and tricks that we can implement in our daily lives ๐Ÿณ๐Ÿ‘Œ i'm definitely signing up for it and sharing it with all my friends who love cooking as much as i do ๐Ÿ˜Š

I think this whole detox thing is just a fancy way of saying "we should've thought of that 5 years ago" lol ๐Ÿ™„ But seriously though, it's about time we start taking control of what we put in our bodies and homes. I mean, have you seen the stuff they're putting into food packaging these days? It's crazy! A 7-week course is a great way to educate people on how to make simple changes that can really make a difference. PFAS are basically poison, and it's not just about cooking methods and storage - it's about being mindful of everything from cleaning products to personal care items. I'm all for empowering home cooks to take control of their environment and making informed choices. It's about time we prioritize our health over convenience! ๐Ÿ’ช

I'm all for reducing our chemical intake in the kitchen! ๐Ÿ™Œ But, can we talk about how cluttered this online course is? Like, I need a map to navigate through all these weeks of detox plans ๐Ÿ˜‚. And why do they have to use so many buzzwords like 'mindful approach' and 'informed choices'? It feels like clickbait marketing speak ๐Ÿ™„. I just want to get the practical tips, you know? Like, how can I actually reduce mercury in my cooking without spending hours researching? Can't we just cut through all the fluff and get to the good stuff? ๐Ÿ’ก

just saw this thread about the 7-week detox plan for your kitchen... think it's a great idea! I've been trying to cut back on all that processed stuff in my own kitchen anyway. mercury and PFAS are like, super bad news. don't even get me started on those. anyway, sounds like they're offering some solid tips and advice. wish i had seen this thread sooner lol ๐Ÿ™„

I think it's so cool that there's finally a plan in place to help people detox their kitchens ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ’š I mean, have you ever thought about how much chemicals are actually in our food and cleaning products? Like, we're already dealing with so many health issues, the last thing we need is more toxins coming into our bodies. This 7-week course seems like a great starting point for making some real changes ๐Ÿค๐Ÿ’ช

I think it's awesome that there's a 7-week detox plan for our kitchens ๐ŸŒฑ. With all the chemicals we're exposed to daily, it's like, totally important that we take steps to minimize them in our homes. I mean, who wants to be putting mercury and PFAS in their body on purpose? Not me! ๐Ÿšซ

I'm a big fan of learning about easy changes that can be made to our daily routines, you know, like switching to non-toxic cleaning products or cooking methods that don't involve chemicals. It's all about being mindful and making informed choices, right?

I also love that this program is in collaboration with Consumer Reports - they're like, super reputable and trustworthy, so I'm sure the tips and recommendations will be solid ๐Ÿ’ฏ. Overall, I think it's a great initiative to help people take control of their environment and make healthier choices ๐ŸŒธ.

๐Ÿค” just saw this online course & I'm intrigued. think it's a great idea to be more mindful about what we're putting in our bodies... like, have you ever thought about the food packaging? all those preservatives and dyes can't be good for us ๐Ÿ“ฆ๐Ÿ’ก maybe it's time to switch to reusable containers or make our own snacks from scratch? anyone tried any detox plans before? ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ
