Small Business Administration shuts out non-U.S. citizens from its main lending program

Ugh, I'm literally freaking out about this SBA policy 🤯! The layout of it is just so... convoluted 💥. First, you gotta understand the 5% foreign ownership rule, then suddenly it's 100% US citizenship? Like, what even is going on?! 🤔

And don't even get me started on the accessibility part 📊. If you're an immigrant trying to start a business, now you're basically shut out of the whole program 🚫. The SBA claims it's about public safety and enforcement, but I think it's just a big ol' mess of xenophobia 🤦‍♂️.

I mean, what's next? Are we gonna require all foreign visitors to have a layout consultation before they can enter the country? 🗺️ It's not even close to being a fair or reasonable policy 🙅‍♂️. The SBA needs to go back to the drawing board and rethink this whole thing 🎨.
