'The bedroom should be an oasis': five common sleep problems, solved by experts

I'm so frustrated with people who don't get enough sleep 🤯! They're always cranky and tired, and it's no wonder why - they're basically sacrificing their sanity to Netflix and social media before bed 💻. Newsflash: screens before bed are SO not a good idea! Your brain is trying to wind down, not get excited about cat videos 🐈.

And don't even get me started on the importance of a consistent sleep schedule 🕰️. I mean, come on, people - it's not that hard to set an alarm for the same time every day (or night, I guess 😴). And what's with all the excuses about being too stressed or depressed? Mental health is serious business, but so is getting enough rest 💆‍♀️.

I'm glad some experts are speaking out about this stuff, though 🙏. A bedtime routine can make all the difference, and investing in a good mattress isn't the worst idea either 😴. Just try to find a balance between self-care and responsibility, you know? Your body (and mind) will thank you 💕.

You know what's wild? I was at this festival last weekend 🎉 and there were these huge screens displaying this mesmerizing light show... it was so calming to watch before bed! 🌙 I swear, it would've helped me sleep way better if I had that same setup in my bedroom. Have you ever tried ASMR videos or apps like Calm? I've been using them a lot lately and they're super relaxing 😴💆‍♀️. Maybe we should get a white noise machine like Janet Kennedy recommends...
