I'm not sure I buy that whole "not wanting to be beholden to conventional wisdom" thing ... sounds like a pretty convenient excuse for not knowing how to make deals Either way, it's interesting to see how Kushner and Witkoff think they can just wing it on Middle East diplomacy . Like, do they really think forging relationships with Hamas and Netanyahu is gonna magically solve everything?
The road to hell is paved with good intentions . If their unconventional strategy was meant to challenge traditional norms, it seems they're still stuck in a diplomatic stalemate . Sometimes being part of the problem isn't so bad after all... just kidding! Seriously though, transparency is key when negotiating complex issues like Jerusalem's status and refugees' rights .
idk about this whole thing... seems like they're just winging it and hoping for the best . I mean, who thinks that skipping all the conventional diplomacy stuff is gonna work? Kushner and Witkoff's approach might have gotten them some face-time with key players, but what about the actual negotiating skills? That's still missing from this whole setup. And yeah, it's concerning that there are so many questions about transparency... gotta wonder if they're just trying to avoid taking blame for any potential pitfalls
