‘The end of the world as we know it’: Is the rules-based order finished?

🤯 This whole "rules-based order" collapse thing is wild 😱. I mean, I'm all for progress and change, but when you're talking about the US acting like it's above the law 🙄, that's just a recipe for disaster!

And what's with the hypocrisy? The West is always going on about how they care about human rights and international law, but when it comes down to it, they'll turn a blind eye if it means not rocking the boat 🚣‍♀️. I mean, Israel's genocide in Gaza is still going on, and what do we hear from our leaders? Crickets 🐦.

I'm not saying that the US or any other country isn't entitled to its interests, but when you're talking about the global community coming together to address common problems, you need to be willing to listen and compromise 💬. Instead, it's all about "me first" and America last 🇺🇸.

It's like, we knew this was happening eventually, but I wish more people were having these conversations 🤝. It's not just about geopolitics; it's about how we treat each other as human beings ❤️. The world may be changing, but that doesn't mean we have to lose sight of what's truly important 💥.

🤔 so like, what's up with the US right now? can't even play by the rules anymore 😂 and Carney's right, it's all just a facade if everyone doesn't keep pretending everything is cool 💁‍♀️. And Trump just goes ahead and disses international law 🙄 like, no wonder the rest of the world is like "um what" 🤷‍♂️

and omg have you noticed how Western leaders are all "oh I'm so concerned about Venezuela" but not so much about Gaza 🤦‍♀️ like, isn't that a thing too? 😒

man, its like the us is just done with all these rules and norms, right? they're just gonna do what they want and disregard everyone else 🤷‍♂️... and now theres this whole thing about great power rivalry unfolding before our eyes... its crazy to think that the us is basically saying international law and sovereignty mean nothing to them 🚫

and i cant help but wonder when will western leaders actually stand up against israel for what they're doing in gaza? it feels like the opposite just happens every time, you know? they'll be all like "oh we care" but then nothing gets done 💸

anyway, this whole collapse of the rules-based order thing... it feels like we're being forced to confront some hard truths here 😬

🤔 The global "rules-based order" was always built on shaky ground 🌉. Think about it, if everyone wasn't playing along and just going through the motions, would it really have been so stable? 🤷‍♂️ It's like when you're at school and no one's doing their part in a group project - you can't expect everything to magically come together on its own. Sometimes you gotta speak up and set some boundaries for others to follow. In this case, the US has been taking it upon itself to create its own rules and disregard international norms 🇺🇸. Now we're left wondering what's next 🤔
