'They killed civilians in their beds': chaos and brutality reign after fall of El Fasher

Man this is just devastating 🤕... I mean, how can people be so brutal? The fact that those women were shot while getting medical treatment is just... ugh 😩... and the RSF commander's promise of accountability doesn't seem to mean anything since their actions are being widely condemned by human rights orgs.

I'm following this situation closely 📺... the humanitarian situation sounds dire, with so many people suffering from malnutrition and dehydration. It's heartbreaking 🤕... what can be done to help those trapped in Garney? The ransom demands are just ridiculous 💸... shouldn't everyone be treated equally under the law?

It's clear that the militia groups aren't exactly playing by the book 📝... and it's only going to get worse if no one steps in. We need to find a way to support those affected and bring some accountability to these groups 💯... but I'm not sure where to start 🤔.

😱 this is so sad, i cant believe these militia groups are doing this to innocent civilians. they're shooting people who just want to get medical help and its not right 🤬. and the fact that people are being held captive for ransom is just awful 💸. how can we stand by and watch this happen? its like they think no one will care or notice 🙅‍♂️. the humanitarian situation in tawila sounds like a nightmare, over 1,000 people with malnutrition and dehydration, its heartbreaking ❤️. we need to do something to stop these militia groups from taking advantage of the situation and causing more harm 💪.

man this is getting out of hand 🤯, 2k+ civilian casualties? that's just insane, what kinda militia group does that to innocent people anyway? 🤷‍♂️ nawal khalil's story is so heartbreaking, a nurse just trying to do her job and gets caught in the crossfire... these militias gotta be held accountable for their actions 👊
