Ugh, what a mess. 50k people braving -29 degrees Celsius? That's just crazy. I mean, I'm all for standing up against ICE, but can't these people just stay indoors with a hot cup of coffee and watch Netflix or something? The whole city shutting down just feels like a huge waste of resources. And what's with the clergy members getting arrested? Like, didn't they have a right to peaceful protest?
And the fact that Mike Pence came to Minneapolis to support ICE officers just rubs salt in the wound. I mean, who does he think he is? The whole thing feels like a PR stunt to distract from the real issue at hand. And what's with all these protests and marches? Is this just going to keep happening forever?
