I dunno what's going on with those new student loans

. I mean, I get it, education is important and all that, but 40k for a degree? That's just crazy

. My cousin did the same thing back in '22 and she was stressing about how much debt she had to pay off

. I'm like "girl, you gotta make some sacrifices"

. But seriously, it feels like they're making it harder and harder for people to get educated without breaking the bank

I saw this article somewhere that said most students are taking out loans to study subjects that aren't even in high demand

. Like, what's up with that? I thought we were supposed to be preparing our kids for the future not saddling them with debt

. I guess it's just another thing for us parents to worry about while they're trying to figure out their own lives

. Anyway, I'm just going to stick to online courses and avoid all that drama
