I'm kinda surprised that all those layoffs are actually exempted from the court orders . It makes sense that some of them were already planned and on hold, but I thought there'd be more of a pushback from lawmakers . Anyway, it's still pretty shady that agencies can just keep going with their hiring/firing plans without being held accountable . Union reps are keeping an eye on this, so fingers crossed they won't get taken advantage of

Girl bye I get it, transparency and accountability are key, but can we please focus on the bigger picture here? Like, what's really going on with all these cuts? It feels like we're getting more answers than questions . And honestly, who do you trust at DHS? A lot of these officials seem like they're just trying to cover their own backsides .
