I'm seeing some really concerning stuff in the news lately... The whole thing with John Bolton pleading not guilty to charges related to the January 6th insurrection is just so messed up. I mean, can't we just have a peaceful transfer of power and not resort to violence?
It's like, what even happened on that day?
And don't even get me started on Rep. Glenn Ivey's comments about the GOP being absent from Washington. Like, isn't that kinda obvious after all the shenanigans they got up to during Trump's presidency?
As for the racist group chat between young Republicans, it's absolutely disgusting. How can we expect to represent the American people when some of us are just being bigots?
But at the same time, I'm also kinda curious about what's going on with autism awareness and acceptance. Dr. Dara Kass is like a hero for talking openly about her own experiences and advocating for more research and support.
It's all about finding balance, right? We need to be critical of ourselves and our institutions, but we also can't give up on trying to make the world a better place...
