this is just great... tens of thousands of border agents get paid while millions of others get nothing 
it's like they're immune to the shutdown, meanwhile the rest of us are stuck with unpaid salaries and no idea how this "supercheck" thing works... what a joke 
and don't even get me started on the lack of transparency from DHS, that just shows they don't care about anyone but themselves
