US agrees to drop tariffs after India stops Russian oil purchases

I'm not sure how I feel about this new trade deal between the US and India ๐Ÿค”. On one hand, it's a win for American businesses that have been struggling under Trump's tariffs policies ๐Ÿ’ธ. But on the other hand, it's also a big deal for Indian exporters who are going to see their exports increase by leaps and bounds ๐Ÿš€. I mean, $500 billion worth of US goods? That's a lot of money ๐Ÿ’ฅ. And what about the EU's new free trade agreement with India? Is that really going to happen? ๐Ÿ˜• It all seems like just another game of global economic politics ๐Ÿ“Š. Can we just have a chill moment and see how it all plays out? ๐Ÿ˜Œ

I'm low-key impressed by the US-India trade deal ๐Ÿค”. The fact that US tariffs on Indian goods will drop from 50% to 18% is a major win for American exporters ๐Ÿ’ธ. And it's not just about the economic benefits, but also about easing tensions with India and the EU ๐ŸŒŽ.

But what really caught my attention is the $500 billion worth of US goods that Modi agreed to buy ๐Ÿ˜ฎ. That's a huge chunk of change, and I'm sure US businesses will be celebrating this news ๐ŸŽ‰. The fact that Indian exports to the US are expected to see a significant boost is also a big plus ๐Ÿš€.

However, I do think it's interesting that a coalition of US small businesses is criticizing the deal ๐Ÿ˜. They're saying that the new tariffs might not be as good for them as they were under Trump's previous policies ๐Ÿ’”. But overall, I think this trade deal is a positive step in strengthening US-India ties ๐Ÿค.

By the way, have you seen the graph of India-US trade over the past few years? ๐Ÿ“ˆ It's been growing steadily, and this new deal is just going to give it a big boost! ๐Ÿ’ฅ

LOL JUST WHEN YOU THINK IT CANT GET ANY Crazier IN THE WORLD OF TRADE DEALS!!! ok so lets get down to brass tacks - i gotta say i kinda see both sides here. on one hand, the fact that india is gonna start buying way more american energy products is def a win for us! and who doesn't love saving some cash on tariffs lol 18% isnt bad at all!!

but on the other hand, there are US small businesses who r complaining about getting locked into higher tariffs than they were last year... thats kinda harsh. i get it though - these tariffs can have a big impact on costs and profits so its def worth considering their side of the story too.

anywayz, this trade deal is pretty interesting i guess!

I'm not sure I get why they're making such a big deal about this trade deal between the US and India ๐Ÿค”. It's just another thing that's changed, right? Remember when we used to talk about how our parents' generation dealt with trade barriers back in the day? They had to rely on imports from other countries because of strict tariffs, but at least they were fair and consistent, you know? Nowadays it feels like everything is a game of give-and-take. And what's up with all these new tariffs being slapped around? Can't we just have a flat rate for once? I mean, I'm not even going to get started on the EU trade deal... that's another can of worms altogether ๐Ÿ˜Š. Anyway, it'll be interesting to see how this plays out in India. Fingers crossed it works out better than those Trump tariffs did ๐Ÿคž

OMG, I'm low-key excited about this trade deal thingy ๐Ÿคฉ. Like, I know some people are hating on Trump's policies and all, but for US businesses that have been struggling under his tariffs, this is a major win ๐Ÿ’ช. I mean, who doesn't love saving money on taxes, right? ๐Ÿ˜‚ But seriously, it's also good to see India and the US working together on energy stuff โ€“ we need more of that collaboration, you know? ๐ŸŒŽ As for the EU and India's free trade agreement, that's another big deal ๐Ÿ’ธ. It'll be interesting to see how that plays out over the next few years.

I remember when I was in college, my friends and I would always talk about international trade and stuff... it's cool to see real-life changes happening ๐Ÿ“š. Anyway, can't wait to see what other business deals come out of this agreement ๐Ÿ’ผ!
