This is just devastating news... A birthday party for kids turned into a nightmare when that reckless driver lost control... 14 people seriously hurt, including 8 tiny kids as young as 2 years old 
. Can you even imagine being in the shoes of those parents and seeing their little ones like this? 
The woman who died is Ashley Hernandez Gutierrez, 31 years old... so senseless 
.The thing that's really striking here is how quickly the situation escalated into chaos. It's a miracle more people weren't hurt. I mean, it's not like this guy was in a hurry or anything... he just plowed into a group of innocent people and kept going
. And then he had the nerve to flee on foot before turning himself in 
.The fact that multiple kids were among those seriously injured is just heartbreaking... some of them are even in critical condition
. This is what's so frustrating - it's not like there's any excuse for this kind of behavior. The police are still investigating, but one thing is clear: this was a senseless act of violence that has left a community shaken

this is so sad! it's just not right that someone would intentionally hurt innocent people like that. i'm so sorry for Ashley's family and loved ones 
. and to think the driver was able to run away from the scene... i hope he gets the help he needs to deal with whatever made him do something so horrific

. Glad the authorities were able to catch the perpetrator and take him in, but still, so much pain and trauma for that family and the community 
. Can't imagine what Ashley's loved ones must be going through 
. Hope everyone gets the help they need and recovers from this horrific incident

and for someone who was just driving along, enjoying maybe their own birthday party, to suddenly become a force of destruction in just one second... it's just mind-boggling. we gotta take a moment to think about all the little moments we have with loved ones, 'cause in an instant, that can all be taken away
