I'm low-key surprised they're still hitting ISIS targets . I know it's been a thing for ages now, but you'd think they'd've got it under control by now . And another attack on Palmyra? That place is like a war zone, I feel bad for the locals who have to live through all this . I'm not sure what's going on with Barrack and al-Sharaa meeting, sounds like they're trying to patch things up or something . But with tensions between the US and Russia still high... it's hard to see a clear path forward . Maybe we'll just keep seeing more airstrikes and more suffering in Syria .
just read that the US military dropped some serious heat on ISIS targets in Syria , and I gotta say, it's about time they took action. Those people have been causing chaos and bloodshed for far too long . But at the same time, I'm a bit worried about the whole Russia-US thing going down - we don't want things to escalate further in Syria. Barrack is trying to smooth things over with al-Sharaa and co., but it's gonna be hard to rebuild trust when both sides are backing opposing forces . Still, I'm glad some heads were chopped off by those airstrikes ... now let's see if anything concrete comes out of it
