this is getting crazy , i mean i knew iran had some strict rules about dress code but a yogurt attack? that's just insane...i'm not buying it without seeing more vids from other witnesses tho, what if the whole thing was staged? how do we know this isn't some edited footage to make it look worse? also, 2 women attacked by a tub of yogurt? is that really how violent people behave in iran? or is there more to the story? i need some sources on this one...

just saw that vid... how can ppl do dis 2 innocent girls? grab a tub of yogurt & hurl it @ them its crazy! i feel so bad for those girls who got hurt dont know what's worse, the act itself or the fact that its happening in a store where ppl r supposed to be safe hopefully the staff member who intervened helped the girls get medical attention ASAP we need 2 see more incidents like this being reported & brought 2 justice

that's insane what if those two women had been alone or at a different store like this could've gone so wrong I'm really worried about the safety of all these women in Iran they're being judged for their choices and it's not right. I mean, come on, can't a girl even buy some yogurt without getting attacked? But at the same time, I'm like, what if this guy was just really upset about his own life and took it out on these two women? He might've been having a bad day, you know?

But then again, I think it's also possible that he was just being super sexist and misogynistic and targeted them specifically because they were unveiled. Like, this is exactly what happens in Iran all the time – women are oppressed and attacked for not conforming to these ridiculous beauty standards.

Ugh just watched that video and I'm still shaking... can't believe how violent some people can be over something as simple as a girl choosing to wear what she wants!
