I mean have you guys ever tried those weighted blankets? Like, I got one as a gift from my aunt and it's literally changed my life lol . I was skeptical at first, but then I started using it during Netflix binges and now I'm like a zombie who only needs 4-5 hours of sleep . The thing is though, I've been thinking about how weird it is that we're all basically looking for ways to recreate the womb experience in our adult lives . Like, isn't the whole point of getting out of bed supposed to be independence? But hey, if a cozy potato bed or weighted blanket can help me chill and get some rest, I'm all for it
idk why ppl are gettin all cozy about this lol the concept of a "potato bed" is actually kinda genius! thinkin bout recreatin that snuggly feel we get when we're little & safe but yeah, gotta watch out for overheatin & piling on too many layers or u'll end up with neck/back pain i mean, who needs a permanent sleeping setup anyway? just build a temporary nest for naps/wind-downs & enjoy the benefits of relaxation without compromisin ur primary sleep setup btw, if u want the best sleep ever, try doin the 4-7-8 breathing method instead
OMG, I'm so loving this "potato bed" trend ! It's like, who wouldn't want a cozy little nest to snuggle up in? I've been using it for my daily naps at work and I feel like I can finally relax and recharge. I mean, Dr. Lu is right on point about the benefits of cocooning - it's all about creating that snug feeling that makes you wanna curl up tight! But yeah, gotta be careful not to overdo it or you'll be like "oh no, my sheets are too hot!"
