Ugh, this is just like what happened with Ahmed Saadat back in 2006... he was tortured and killed in prison while Israel said they were investigating him for inciting violence. Now his son is saying that his dad's life is in danger too? It's just so sad. I remember when my grandpa used to tell me stories about the first intifada, how peaceful and united the Palestinian people were... now it feels like things are getting more complicated by the day.

OMG this is soooo scary what's happening to Marwan Barghouti's son he's literally saying that his dad might get KILLED in prison? like what even is that?! the fact that Israel can just do whatever they want and nobody does anything about it is wild. I feel for the Barghouti family, their lives must be in a constant state of anxiety

I'm so done with the lack of accountability from the international community we need to start taking action for Palestinian rights ASAP! maybe we can get some world leaders to step in and make some noise? this is not just about Barghouti, it's about the countless others who are suffering under Israeli rule.

I feel so bad for Marwan Barghouti's family . It's crazy that his son is speaking out like this about the constant fear they're living in. i know israel has a reputation for treating palestinians really harshly, but this is just so sad & wrong didnt we learn from history that holding ppl in custody can lead to all sorts of problems? im not gonna say anything bad about the gov, but it does sound like they need 2 take a closer look at whats goin on

It's not even like Barghouti did anything wrong, just that he spoke out against the Israeli gov... which they dont like .
