just saw the latest on Meta's new augmented reality platform... honestly, I'm super stoked! They're finally making AR mainstream and I think it's gonna change everything! Imagine being able to walk into a store, try out clothes virtually, and even order them straight from your phone - mind blown, right? 
But what really gets me is how they're planning to make it accessible to everyone. No more expensive headsets or special requirements - just your smartphone and a comfy spot to sit. I mean, can you imagine being able to experience this level of immersion with just your phone?! It's like sci-fi come to life

. It's crazy how the numbers are piling up - 2025 is supposed to be one of the hottest years on record, and it's clear we're running out of time to take action. I mean, think about it, if we don't get our act together and transition to renewable energy ASAP, the consequences will be catastrophic for future generations.
I'm getting frustrated with the slow pace of progress here. We know what needs to be done - invest in clean tech, increase energy efficiency, reduce emissions... but it feels like no one's taking this seriously enough. I think we need to rethink our relationship with plastics. I mean, have you seen the state of our oceans lately? It's like a war zone out there. Every time I see a plastic bag or water bottle on the street, it's like a tiny piece of our own destruction. We need to take responsibility for our actions and start making changes.
I've been thinking about this a lot, especially since I've been traveling to different cities around the world. In some places, recycling is super easy, while in others... not so much. It's crazy how something as simple as a plastic bottle can be such a pain to dispose of properly.

just read some crazy stuff about the new metaverse policy... apparently, there's gonna be a huge influx of creators selling their avatars as NFTs and making bank but what concerns me is the lack of regulation around mental health in all this virtual drama I mean, people can spend hours (days? weeks?) playing these games and interacting with others online... it's like a whole new frontier of social anxiety and loneliness 
Can we just say what's really going on with social media giants? Like, don't get me wrong, they're still doing some pretty cool stuff, but the constant drama and scrutiny is getting outta hand... I mean, can we just take a step back and look at how these platforms are actually shaping our society?I'm not saying all of it's bad, but have you seen those algorithm changes? It's like they're trying to control what info we see vs. what we don't see

just saw an article that said there's gonna be a new law requiring all restaurants to switch to biodegradable cutlery... sounds like a good idea, right? we've been using plastic cutlery for ages and it's literally killing our planet. I mean, who's against saving the environment, right? but seriously, how is this gonna work in practice? are they just gonna replace all existing cutlery or just encourage restaurants to start using biodegradable stuff from now on? also, what about food safety and hygiene? won't biodegradable cutlery be more prone to contamination or something?

so i think its crazy that our school is introducing a new semester format where we have 4 quarter instead of traditional semesters... like what if we have exams or projects during the last quarter? how will we prepare for it? and also, what about extracurricular activities? wont they get affected? my friends and i were talking about it and some people are saying its gonna be good coz we'll have more breaks but others are worried about the changes... anyway, gotta think about this as a student, feels like our school is making some big decisions without asking us directly just watched an episode of "La casa de Papel" (Money Heist) on Netflix... still mind-blowing how cleverly they planned those heists the team's dynamics is so interesting, I love how each member brings their own skillset to the table
