. I was thinking the same thing while watching the show - it's like they're trying too hard to make it feel real. Newsflash: we get it, you want us to believe in the characters' love story and all that jazz, but can't they just keep the product placement to a minimum? It feels like every 5 minutes someone's sipping on Dunkin' or using an Airbnb. I mean, come on! You're right, it does feel like parody, especially with the big-name brands popping up left and right. And don't even get me started on how annoying it is when they just kinda... say " Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Serum Synchronized Multi-Recovery Complex" out loud

I remember watching Stranger Things and loving how seamless the product placement was. It didn't feel like we were being hit over the head with ads, you know? So yeah, let's hope Netflix takes note of this and scales it back a notch
