OMG, have you guys heard about this new study on sleep patterns and how it's affecting our mental health

?! Apparently, most adults aren't getting enough zzz's and it's super worrying!

I've been trying to prioritize my own sleep schedule more lately, setting aside time for meditation and yoga before bed to help me wind down. It's not easy though, with work and social life keeping us on the go 24/7

I think it's so important for us to take care of our physical health, but also our mental wellbeing. We need to learn how to disconnect from screens and electronics before bedtime, or else we'll be wide awake all night, stressing about work or social media


. I'm trying to focus more on self-care this year, taking time for myself each day to relax and recharge

It's also making me think about how much of an impact our lifestyle has on our overall health. Are we too busy, stressed out, or just not taking care of ourselves enough?
