Airbnb Host Arrested for Lewd Act with Vacuum Cleaner at Disney Area Resort Community

A Florida Airbnb host, Kevin Dale Westerhold, 51, has been arrested on charges of exposure of sexual organs after allegedly performing a lewd act with a vacuum cleaner in front of a family-friendly resort community near Walt Disney World.

According to reports from the Osceola County Sheriff's Office, Westerhold was taken into custody on Tuesday following a report of a partially nude man behaving inappropriately at the Windsor Hills Resort vacation home rental community in Kissimmee. Deputies reviewed cell phone recordings and statements from witnesses who reported seeing Westerhold exposing himself in front of a residence.

However, it appears that this incident may not be an isolated case, as there have been other reports of similar behavior by Westerhold in the area. A separate complaint had been filed on January 21 after a resident reported seeing a nude man in a shared hallway. Ring camera video from that incident was turned over to law enforcement, which allegedly shows Westerhold engaging in similar lewd behavior.

Westerhold is listed as a host of Airbnb properties on Grassendale Street and Almaton Loop, both located within the Windsor Hills Resort community. Police also reviewed additional Blink camera footage showing Westerhold partially clothed or nude in common hallways.

He has been booked into the Seminole County Jail on charges of exposure of sexual organs and is currently awaiting further proceedings. Investigators are asking anyone with information about additional incidents to contact the Osceola County Sheriff's Office.

Westerhold's arrest highlights the need for increased vigilance and reporting of suspicious activity in residential areas, particularly those that cater to large numbers of tourists like the Windsor Hills Resort community near Walt Disney World.
